In this role, I evaluate and grade assignments, essays, and exams, providing students with detailed, constructive feedback to support their learning. I also monitor and record class attendance, participation, and extra credit assignments to ensure accurate tracking. Beyond administrative responsibilities, I actively facilitate classroom discussions, helping to engage students in meaningful conversations about the evolving landscape of sports business. Additionally, I provide one-on-one support to students seeking guidance on coursework or career development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each class begins with a discussion of current sports business news, followed by a guest speaker\u2014often a sports industry professional with a connection to Professor Fellenzer or a former JOUR 380 student who has built a successful career in the field. I always look forward to our Wednesday night sessions because the students are genuinely passionate about the subject matter, leading to insightful and engaging discussions.
